Here is our fee structure: We charge a fee of £595 for all mortgage business, once fee has been paid once, future business is arranged without a brokerage Fee, For loans under £50,000 a 1% fee will be charged, for example a mortgage loan of £41,000 would incur a brokerage fee of £410. For more complex cases such as Sub Prime mortgages our fee will be £995. We do not charge a fee for product transfers with your existing lender, if the best option is to move you away from your existing lender a brokerage fee would apply.
